Process: Cargo process – 70% Email & 30% Voice
Job Details:
We are hiring for a customer support team. This role involves responding to customer queries via Email and calls channels with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer queries through email & calls
- Provide clear, accurate, and professional responses.
- Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- HSC pass / Undergraduate (pursuing or completed).
- BE/B.Tech candidates not eligible.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Mode: On-site / Work from Office (Airoli) 5 days working, 2 days off NOTE : Immediate joiners only
