Responsibilities

Plant availability and reliability

• Ensuring preventive and proactive maintenance of plant.
• Improve the reliability and availability of Instrument asset for better plant operations.
• Maintain spares and inventory to reduce downtime and ensure stable operation.
• Electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and up gradation
• Manpower Management
• SAP functions related to Electrical Maint
• Support and co-ordinate with the BC engineer related to Electrical Maintenance.
• Follow NDT schedule of all critical equipment’s.

Delivery

• Support during all FRC trials.
• Planning of Electrical Related manpower/resources/ allocation as per trial requirements
  Improve FRC process robustness through improving MTTR & MTBF of equipment’s.
• Execution & monitoring of new development projects and modifications.
• Legal and statutory compliances
• Performing reactive maintenance and incorporating learning’s into maintenance schedule.
• Documentation, record keeping, log books, Reports

People Development & Safety

• Ensuring safety during all maintenance activities – compliances, PPEs and SOPs
• Implement and drive LOTOTO practice
• Implement and as necessary, upgrade electrical facilities based on Safety Audit recommendations
