Core Job Responsibilities:
- The position provides tier one support by identifying, logging, tracking, resolving and/or escalating all incoming user reported incidents.
- Provide training & frontline support for new and existing users; triage support needed from IT.
- Acts as first level support by promptly responding to issues and enhancements tickets submitted by end users.
- Research data issues and submits issue reports to IT if needed
- Work with IT to ensure new users are set up with the correct roles, profile, public groups, and permissions
- Support includes assistance with data imports/exports, assistance with data integrity projects or other requests
- Develops and updates training materials for new hires and new processes
- Assist in developing system documentation and end-user training material.
- Maintains training documentation
- Maintains and monitors data quality to ensure data remains accurate.
- Serves as the EP liaison for all troubleshooting and Q&A from users
- Data Cleansing – Assist in the ongoing cleansing of data
- Data Loading – Assist in transforming data into needed formats for data loads
- Monitor’s data quality and integrity
- Regularly performs database deduping and clean-up procedures
Knowledge
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior pricing analytics experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate information into relevant and actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in newly forming, ambiguous areas where learning and adaptability are key skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
