• Position Name Manager – Indirect Taxation Position level L5
• DEM position name Lead- Taxation DEM position level L4
• FEM position name Lead- Taxation FEM position level L4

Position Summary:

• The position is required to take care of all indirect taxation matters relating to TML PV. TML PV being a manufacturing entity, having 2 plants in Pune & Sanand, along with sales team having very dynamic business facing actions on VME scheme fronts, structuring various transactions, it needs a position which will give a focussed attention on these matters
• There are many compliance areas from GST and other indirect taxation areas which have to be complied as per Indirect taxation rules, else will lead to audit issues & non-compliance

Dimensions of the position:

1. Tracking all tax related payments on timely basis
2. Preparation and ensuring compliances on timely basis like Filing of returns, GST audits, tax assessments, various customs compliances, handling of statutory auditors etc. in coordination with TML IDT team
3. Partnering with business to review VME related schemes launched by sales team
4. Comprehensive review of business to identify tax planning opportunities as well as compliance gap by working closely with GDC tax team

Skills:

• Skills In-depth knowledge of GST and other Indirect tax laws and latest developments; good presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Look into new notifications, study of implication & issuing guidance to business As & when
• Ensure timely compliance for all payments, returns, GST audits, department enquiries etc. Timeliness, accurate & completeness
• Handling litigations including drafting of replies, engagement with external consultant/ TML IDT team As & when
• Working closely with business to review schemes & suggesting standardisation of the same Monthly, Quarterly
• Working closely with TML IDT team for various new schemes like MOOWR, CAROTAR etc. As & when
• Handling various IT system related changes like e-invoicing, filing for refund, new return formats etc. As & when
• Working closely with TML IDT team for filing of returns, support in tax audit & tax assessments, addressing vendor queries & other compliances Monthly/ quarterly/ annual
