Work you’ll do:

• A career within Financial Advisory International practice will enable you to be independent and resourceful, creating practical motion graphic solutions in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Your primary role will require you to be adept at Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Videography, Kinetic typography animation along with the following aspects:
• .Sketching, storyboards, visualization and ideation.Working knowledge of Adobe Suite or other software to bring your sketches and ideas to life
• Convert your designs into motion, videos and all things digital
• Handle multiple exciting projects
• Conceptualize video content and capability of shooting basic videos is a must
• Manage and store asset files
• Attend team meetings / client calls and share ideas as well as their significance
• Manage deadlines while still being extremely creative
• Visually focused and able to see subtle nuances in colors and textures
• Highly creative with a stellar artistic aptitude for drawing
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with animation technology and video compression encoding
• Able to use a digital pen or tablet
• A team player who is able to articulate ideas and collaborate with others
  

  Eligibility:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, working on both small and large video campaigns, infographics, social media
• Graduation / diploma in graphic design, animation design, film design with a remarkable portfolio of motion / video projects
• Experience in shooting basic video content
• Proven work experience in video editing and motion graphics
• A master of video editing suites like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro & Final Cut Pro (the more you know, the better)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to take ownership and work under minimal supervision
  3D modeling and animation experience is a plus

  Skills Required:

• Strong feel for balance in layouts, color and other graphical principles that are important o motion graphic design
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent editing skills
• Ability to handle multiple iterations

• Produce content for websites, social media and other platforms with an understanding of optimizing content for those specific platforms

• Execution, while adhering to brand guidelines
