Order Capture:

- PO receiving PDF through mail PDF/EDI data from SAP
- COP Team convert the PDF PO Copies into excel file by using able to extract convertor.
- PO Tracker Updating-Update all PO components like PO Number, PO Date, Delivery date, Category, No of CFC, Location, PO Value Received time & date etc…
Order Allocation:
- COP team is maintaining Master, which is having Article code against EAN
- Prepare working file by taking data from consolidated working file for all open PO’s.
Reports required for Working Sheet Preparation: – - Line wise details for all Open Po’s-From Consolidated Working sheet.
To create sales order:
- To changes in sales order .using SAP report finally we are validating the allocated SSKU with PO Details (MRP, Base cost, GST, CFC and Allocated Freshness)
- Create OBD for Each SO
- Changes in Outbound delivery
- Crate Shipment
- Changes in Shipment if required
- Final Shipment Plan to WSP for Shipment Process
- This needs to done once shipment is completed. Otherwise shipment will not be executed by WSP OR FACTORY
