Job Description:
Ensure smooth coordination with the logistic, Production and customers:

- Review MIS reports to understand order completion timelines and CSI index.
- Work closely with the sales, logistics and production team to enable fulfilment of orders
Dispatch Schedule:
- Dispatch plan on daily basis, weekly basis and monthly basis is to be prepared keeping in view of the production plan and Customer’s short term and long term requirements. This should be in line to availability of vehicles
Co-ordination:
- To have close co-ordination with logistics to plan the vehicles
Customer Complaints and Satisfaction:
- Time bound resolution of Complain received from Customers with the help of concerned team i.e Plant, Central Lab, CSA etc. Organizing Customer Satisfaction survey once or twice in a year for understanding the Customers better.
SOP / Safety:
- To adhere all SOP’s developed and to maintain strict compliance related to safety aspects for outbound movements.
Sample Execution:
- To arrange sample from QC department and arrange the logistics for same within 48 Hrs. from the Sample SO received
