Job Description:

Zebronics Walk-in Drive For Freshers

As a Service Trainee, you will be responsible for:

1. Learning to identify and process issues in damaged products.
2. Working closely with senior technicians to understand repair and servicing.
3. Assisting in diagnosing and repairing faulty electronic products.
4. Conducting basic troubleshooting and following standard operating procedures.
5. Maintaining records of serviced products and reporting recurring issues.
6. Ensuring proper handling, storage, and packaging of repaired products.

Requirements:

1. Location: You should live within 10 km of our Madhavaram service center.
2. Freshers will be given preference.
3. Skills: A basic understanding of electronic components and troubleshooting is essential.
4. Availability: Must be comfortable with our work hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
5. Flexibility: We need team members who are willing to work extra hours during busy periods.

Compensation & Benefits:

Take-Home Salary:

• 12,600 (Degree holders)
• 11,600 (Diploma holders)
• 10,600 (10th, 12th, or ITI qualified)

Benefits: PF, ESI, and a subsidized daily lunch.
Over-time Pay is provided for extra hours worked.
Leave: You’ll receive 1 day of leave per month during your 1-year probation, increasing to 1.5 days per month after confirmation.
