Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately.
• Manage vendor payments and payment schedules.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain AP records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding payables and pending approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and audits.
• Generate AP reports and MIS.
• Generate customer invoices and credit notes.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on collections.
  Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain records of receipts, adjustments, and outstanding dues.
• Prepare aging reports and collection status reports.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment behavior.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for payment resolution.
• Support credit control, month-end closing, and AR reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 0 to 4 years in Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Good English and Hindi speaking preferred for pan India coordination
• Candidates with limited Hindi proficiency can also apply
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
• Basic understanding of accounting processes, invoicing, reconciliations, and payments
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
