Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive with 1 to 4 years of experience in managing receivables, collections and billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, resolving payment-related issues, and supporting month-end financial activities.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate and issue customer invoices and credit notes accurately.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers for timely collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, adjustments, and pending dues.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Ecommerce, etc.) to validate billing and resolve customer queries.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly AR reports and ageing analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory norms.
• Support month-end closing activities and audits.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to ensure smooth payment cycles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or Finance Operations.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, customer reconciliations, and collections.
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication in English and Hindi
