Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and core HR administration activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess fitment
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate interview feedback and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of open positions

2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities

• Release offer/appointment letters and collect joining documents
• Complete new hire documentation and background verification coordination
• Issue employee ID cards and set up access for new joiners
• Facilitate ESI and PF registration and guide employees on statutory benefits
• Conduct HR orientation for new employees on policies, processes, and tools

3. HR Administration & Employee Records

• Maintain and update employee database in HRMS and ensure data accuracy
• Manage employee records, files, and documentation in compliance with data privacy norms
• Handle employee queries related to policies, attendance, leave, and benefits
• Coordinate with payroll, admin, and IT teams for employee lifecycle requirements
• Support exit formalities including relieving letters and F&F documentation

4. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to PF, ESI, and labor laws
• Assist in preparing periodic HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
• Support internal audits and maintain documentation for compliance checks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-1 years of experience in HR/Recruitment operations
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. HRMS tools knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of PF, ESI, and basic labor compliance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
