Job Description:
We are Hiring for Premium International Blended Process. We are Looking for Candidates Residing in Mumbai Location, Comfortable operatiing in 24/7 Shifts, Has Good communication Skills, with prior International BPO Experience is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers’ needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/call center environment handling international clients.
- Fluent English communication skills for effective verbal and written communication.
- Preferrable from Commerce Backgrounds Only.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer handling skills for resolving customer complaints efficiently.
