  • Required 1+ relevant on papers experience in international voice process.
  • Fix Night Shift, Rotational week offs.

  • Self-Travelling & out of boundary Not Eligible
  • Should be comfortable with Work from Office

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Care Executive or International Voice Process Agent.
  • Strong accent neutralization abilities for effective communication with international clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for handling complex customer interactions via phone calls.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts as per business requirements.
