Process: International Chat
Salary: 3 LPA to 4.75 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days
Benefits: Both-side cab facility
Shifts: Night Shifts / US Shifts
Education: Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
Eligibility Criteria For Chat Process:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good typing speed
- Minimum 9 months of internationa bpo customer service experience is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via call or chat professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
- Document interactions and update systems accordingly.
