Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Care Executives for a Domestic Voice Banking Process. This opportunity is open for experienced candidates who are comfortable handling customer queries over phone calls.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle NRI customer calls for banking-related queries.
- Designation – Senior customer support executive.
- Provide accurate information and issue resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Off: 2 days (Rotational)
- Day shifts for females: 24*7 flexible work environment for males
- Night Shift Allowance in Odd hours shift
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Languages Required: Excellent English & Hindi (Both mandatory)
