Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and phone calls.
- Handle international customers’ queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Work on multiple processes including blended process, international voice process, web chat, and international BPO.
- Resolve issues efficiently and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
