- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through voice channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Grad/UG with Min.1Y international voice experience (Inbound calls)is mandatory.
- Excellent communication is a must
- Cand must be comfortable to work in 24/7 work environment.
