Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via chats
- Able to handle dual or multiple live chats
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Document interactions and update CRM systems.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong typing speed and clarity in chat responses.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights).
- Graduate in any discipline; prior international process experience preferred in non voice chat
