Mega Walk-In Drive || 5 days Working: 2 days rotational shifts and off’s || Customer Support Associate
- Noida Location: Work from office
- Salary: upto 18k per month in hand (Depending on interview, experience and skills)
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass, Graduates can also attend the interview
- Fresher and experienced both can apply

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
