Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate, Blended Process (Hybrid mode)
Work from Home with occasional visits to office location
Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation preferred.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred.
- Willingness to visit the office occasionally as per business requirements.
Mandatory System requirements:
- Windows 10 Laptop with good internet connectivity preferably Wifi and a power Backup.
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: 19,000 in-hand. CTC- 21K
- Experienced: 24,000 in-hand. CTC-26k
Work Shifts:
- 10 hours per shift (9 am to 9 pm any )
Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
