Job Description :
- VDI Admin
- Experience : 2-8 years
- Location : Thane
- Walk-In interview date : 29 March (saturday)
Required Technical Skill Set :
- VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon Stack, Azure Virtual Desktop
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5) :
- Knowledge on other VDI technologies
- Azure virtual desktop
- Hands-on experience in install, configure and manage Vmware Horizon stack and vSphere virtulization
- Knowledge in wintel technologies like Windows operating system, DNS, GPO, DHCP, basic AD and network understanding
- IaaS public cloud technologies
Good-to-Have :
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure
- Hyper-converged architecture (Nutanix, Cisco Hyperflex) will be added advantage
- VMware Certified Professional 7 Desktop and Mobility (VCP7-DTM)
- VMware Certified Professional 6/6.5/7 Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
- Independently create and manage VDI environment
- He/She should able to understand hardware platform
- He/She should able to understand the customer requirement and provide feasible solution
- He/She should able to troubleshoot issues independently and support daily operations
- He/She should able to create technical documents
