Job Description:
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical Equipment.
- Experience in Facility Operations and management.
- Must have managed a team.
- Experience in conflict management.
- Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets.
- Willing to work, learn and perform under extreme pressure.
- ware of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
- Knowledge on Building Compliance regulations, NBC etc.
Vendor Management skills
- Willingness to take complete ownership, responsibility & accountability of assigned work
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft XLS, Word & Power Point etc.)
- Desirable to have Professional Certifications, additional language knowledge, Strong analytical and logical understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership of Technical Infrastructure (AMC, repairs , upgradations etc.)
- Managing & overseeing the deployment of outsourced staff.
- Reporting to Location & Cluster Head on day-to-day activities, incident management etc.
- Monitoring and reporting of key project activities, plans and progresses
- Vendor Management, assist in finalizing contracts, Vendor invoices, preparation of BOQs
- Contract management
- Maintain and monitor legal compliances for buildings
- Prepare and deploy contingency/BCP, Shutdown maintenance, Emergencies etc.
- Handle crisis situations
- Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirement.
- Maintain Safe Work Environment & Ensure Contract staff adhere to Safe Work practices as per Organizational policies.
- Maintain and Update documents related to HSE & Energy Management Audits. Will be a key member of the HSE & Energy Management Committee.
- Contribute to the location Sustainability & Energy Management Initiatives.
- Any other duty assigned from time to time
