  • Experience in Front Office Customer Service operations is mandatory
  • Must have Email & Chat customer service experience
  • Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
  • High degree of accountability and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous scenarios and come out with workable solutions
  • Customer focus, Drive for results and ability to take ownership
  • Strong English communication skills both spoken and written
  • Flexible to work in 24*7 shift environment

  • Ability to complete an assignment within stipulated timeline

  • Handling of work as assigned in Project, Working in Agile methodology, work with Customer directly, working with deadlines.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service projects in international process
