Job Description:

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0 30 days Notice Period (Immediate Joiners) Preferred
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
• Candidates must have a registered EP ID

Things To Carry:

• Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

• Candidates must carry a passport size photo

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee R2R operations including reporting, general ledger entries, and global intercompany reconciliations
• Manage client engagements and contracts across geographies, including process setup, metrics definition, and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate thought leadership by driving value through technology, analytics, and transformation initiatives
• Establish robust tracking mechanisms for key operational metrics to support data driven decision making
• Own and drive all process parameters critical to quality, ensuring delivery excellence
  Lead end to end F&A delivery across multiple global regions
• Drive transformation, productivity, and efficiency improvements as per contractual commitments
• Oversee account reconciliation processes, policy adherence, and effective tool adoption
• Ensure strict compliance with control, risk, and governance requirements
• Lead operational reviews and governance calls with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure SLA management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols are followed
• Drive people management activities including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training
• Build and sustain backup and cross training plans to ensure delivery continuity

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 8 years experience in Finance and Administration Delivery
• Proven expertise across end to end Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Strong experience managing multiple global clients and senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive metric improvements and ensure data validation
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with flexibility in work hours
