Key Responsibilities:
- Handle claim intimation, registration, and documentation.
- Verify policy coverage and assess claim admissibility.
- Coordinate with surveyors and workshops for vehicle inspection.
- Review repair estimates and validate technical accuracy.
- Negotiate with garages to control repair costs.Scrutinize claim documents and identify discrepancies/fraud signals.Process claims and prepare settlement notes within TAT.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal processes.
