Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international voice process calls with confidence and accuracy.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times during interactions with customers.
- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 0-4 years of experience in International BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language (native speaker preferred).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
