Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions across the organization.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels.
Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with candidates.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
Requirements:
