3. Shifts: Must be ok to work on Night Shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am) M-F
4. Job Title: Support Specialist (Voice Process)

Process Skills:

1. Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and emails within defined SLAs
2. Record interaction using client system with proper classification
3. Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process
4. Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Passionate about customer service
6. Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs.
7. Candidate should clear the V&A and online typing tests

Technical Skills:

1. Looking for freshers with excellent communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s Degree is a Must
3. Operating the computer- Intermediate
4. MS Office – Intermediate
5. Avaya/Phone Operating skills Beginner
6. Fluent in Spoken and written English with effective Business Communication
7. Communication in neutral accent over phone
8. Active listening and probing skills
9. Basic knowledge of Insurance
10. Analytical skills
