Rowan Energy Norway is hiring for the role of Accounts Receivable Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product or service-related issues.
- Guide customers through the resolution process.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address inquiries and provide solutions.
Account Receivables and Collections:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables for accurate and timely invoicing.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Provide friendly reminders and facilitate the collection process.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Ensure prompt resolution while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Utilize collection software and tools to track and document collection activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
