The drive is specifically for HRD Talent Acquisition: Technical-Bulk hiring experience. Candidates must have all full-time education marksheets and experience letters.

Primary Skills:

1. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience across domains such as Technology, Digital, Freshers, Sales & Finance, Insurance, etc.
2. Corporate Hiring Expertise: Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring.
3. Walk-in Drive Management: Hands-on experience in organizing and managing large-scale walk-in drives.
4. Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using multiple sourcing platforms beyond basic job postings and mailer deployments.
5. Talent Hiring: Strong experience in hiring FTE/FTR talents.
6. Virtual Recruitment Tools: Knowledge of virtual hiring drive management tools, including features such as virtual lobbies and interview rooms.
7. ATS Proficiency: Ability to articulate and effectively use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
8. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Assessment: Mandatory clearing of recruitment assessments.

Soft Skill Requirement:

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
2. Ability to work in a team with deadlines and contribute individually
3. Excellent MS Office skills
