Job Description For Infosys BPM :
REAL-TIME ANALYST
Skill Set
General Skills (Communication and Soft Skills)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to present oneself as positive, polite, and professional
Technical Skills
Demonstrates end to end understanding of forecasting and scheduling
Technical functional knowledge advanced technology savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools and processes, including Aspect
Competencies / Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that workforce is staffed optimally by creating forecast and staffing models
Monitor request queues on a real-time basis and ensure adherence to the planned and
prepared schedules based on volume forecast
Monitor SLAs and initiate contingency
Makes data-supported recommendations
Builds effective working relationships with internal and external clients/customers
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Other Requirements / Qualifications
College Graduate with a four year Bachelors degree
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Contact center scheduling experience preferred
Strong quantitative and technical aptitude
Detail oriented – high emphasis on quality/quantity balance
Able to interact and negotiate with all levels of management
Ability to work independently – time management skills; Flexibility and adaptability -required
Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduate
