Job Objective: The objective of this role is to service paid clients (property owners) to resolve their queries, improve credibility, nurture relationships, and assist them in finding genuine buyers for their properties.
Role & responsibilities
The role is to engage with buyers who are visiting different platforms and audit the respondent quality by understanding their requirements. Eventually, the same will be used to present qualified leads to our paid clients or their relationship managers. This helps in optimizing the campaigns
The candidate will be expected to engage with Buyers only and not with the builders/brokers
There won’t be any cold calling as the candidates will be given data of buyers visiting 99acres.com
