- To achieve login & disbursal target as per monthly performance Plan.
- Insurance Cross Selling.
- Business Acquisition through Branches.
- Generating new Business through Dormant Branches.
- Drive CASA strategy by ensuring 100% EMI Repayment from IBL Account.
- Provide Regular feedback to RM on opportunities & customer needs.
- Ensure quality sourcing in line with the banks policy.
- Compliance to all process as per company policy norms.
