Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new Personal Loan customers through direct sales, referrals, branch leads, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, login, approval, and disbursement targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable personal loan products.
- Manage the complete loan application process, including documentation and KYC compliance.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
- Cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, insurance, and CASA accounts.
