Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and skilled candidates for the Travel Process role. This position is ideal for graduates with prior BPO experience who are looking to build a career in the travel domain with hands-on exposure to industry tools like Amadeus and Galileo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings and services
- Use GDS tools such as Amadeus and Galileo for reservations and ticketing
- Provide excellent customer support with effective communication skills
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO (preferably travel process)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work from office
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: 31,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: 25,800 per month
- 5 days working
