Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading Banking Process. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in Bengali along with Hindi and basic English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Assist customers with banking-related information and services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
