Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Embedded C, Enhancing Their Capabilities Through Mentorship And Knowledge Sharing To Optimize Productivity In Firmware Development.
- Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Robust Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization And The Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards Within Embedded C Projects To Guarantee High-Quality Outcomes.
- Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Best Architecture Practices While Assessing Technical Risks And Preparing Estimations.
- Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Effectively Manage Escalations.
Skill Requirements
- Advanced Proficiency In Embedded C Programming And Firmware Development.
- Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.
- In-Depth Knowledge Of Embedded Systems Architecture And Design Principles.
