Responsibilities:

Non-voice:

• Ability to comprehend complex information/data set
• Ability to deliver work as per agreed accuracy service levels along with good productivity
• Communication with onshore team for getting the resolutions on pending information
• Analyze and identify trends and raise for awareness.
• Maintaining high level of accuracy while performing work

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications :

• B.Com./BBA graduates are eligible. Minimum 18 months of relevant experience is required.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Required language proficiency
