Job Opening: Customer Care Executive Order Taking Process
Role Overview:
We are hiring Customer Care Executives to manage the Order Taking Process for a leading paint brand. Ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers over the phone with queries and concerns.
- Place paint orders as per customer requirements.
- Identify issues and provide effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduates or Undergraduates
- Languages Required: Fluent or Average English + Any regional language (Except Telugu)
- Experience: Fresher
- Age Limit: Maximum 26 years
Salary & Benefits:
- Take Home: 16,100 per month
- CTC: 20,800 per month
Additional Perks:
- PF & ESIC
- OT: 100/hour after 9 working hours
- 1-way cab after 10 PM for boys (within 12 km radius)
