Job Summary
Flipkart is seeking energetic, target-oriented Field Recruiters to join our Supply Chain Logistics team. In this role, you will drive the bulk hiring of Delivery Executives and Bike Riders under both shipment-based and salary-based models. You will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisitionfrom field sourcing and screening to onboardingensuring complete manpower fulfillment across our local Last Mile delivery hubs.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Field-Centric Sourcing: Conduct field recruitment drives, canopy activities, and local market positioning near delivery hubs to attract gig workers.
- Multi-Channel Recruiting: Leverage job portals, social media, local references, and consultancies to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Mass Hiring: Manage walk-in interviews and execute high-volume bulk hiring strategies.
2. Candidate Onboarding & Evaluation
- Screening: Conduct initial screening and background checks for Delivery Executives/Bike Riders.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Coordinate candidate documentation, facilitate joining formalities, and ensure smooth completion of initial training.
- Model Orientation: Clearly explain complex payout structures, including shipment-based models, fixed-salary models, incentives, and company policies.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
- Operations Alignment: Partner closely with Hub Managers and Operations teams to understand daily/weekly manpower gaps.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate daily recruitment trackers and compile weekly/monthly hiring MIS reports.
- Retention: Manage replacement hiring and implement strategies to control early attrition at the hubs.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate or Intermediate ($10+2$) holder.
- Experience: 03 years of experience in recruitment or field sales. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Industry Domain: Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or gig-workforce/blue-collar hiring is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: * Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and geography.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for maintaining data trackers.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally daily for field-hiring activities.
