Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Cultivate professional networks and identify talent pipelines through targeted field visits, career fairs, academic institutions, and community events.
- Candidate Engagement: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for prospective candidates, conducting compelling interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Brand Advocacy: Enthusiastically articulate our companys culture, values, and career benefits to elevate our employer brand in the marketplace.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor regional employment trends and competitor offerings to continually optimize our sourcing strategies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous, real-time records of all candidate interactions within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements
- Note: Consistent local travel is a core component of this role; therefore, a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in recruitment, business development, or a client-facing corporate role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly with diverse audiences.
- Autonomy: Highly disciplined with a proven ability to manage time effectively and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Adept at utilizing digital recruitment platforms, professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and database management tools.
