- Achieve cost targets per shipment and maintain operations within budget.
- Ensure zero lost shipments and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with support teams for effective recovery processes.
- Meet productivity targets for transportation.
- Maintain compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly handle escalations.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee headcount management and reporting.
