Job Description:
Flipkart Minutes Food is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for energetic, motivated Operations Executives to drive vendor and restaurant onboarding across Bangalore. This is a 100% field-first role, ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, target-driven environments.
Role Overview
- Daily Travel: Extensive travel across Bangalore to onboard vendors and restaurants.
- Territory Ownership: Manage assigned areas with clear onboarding targets.
- Relationship-Driven Sales: Focus on long-term engagement and partnership.
Compensation & Contract
- Salary+ actual fuel reimbursement + mobile reimbursement
- Contract Period: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Onboarding: Identify and onboard unlisted restaurants and vendors onto Flipkart Minutes Food daily.
- Territory Management: Ensure consistent coverage and progress within assigned areas.
- Documentation & Compliance: Collect, verify, and submit vendor documentation accurately.
- Field Sales Execution: Meet 1015 brands daily (6-day work week) to drive acquisition and communicate the benefits of Flipkart Minutes Food.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with vendors and partners.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, field sales, or vendor onboarding.
- Proven sales track record in FMCG, Insurance, Banking/Credit Cards, or Food-tech backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (petrol expenses will be reimbursed).
