Job Description:
Responsible for managing medical insurance claims, billing, denial follow-up, and payment recovery to ensure timely reimbursement and account resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit insurance claims with required documentation.
- Review, investigate, and appeal denied claims.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and benefits.
- Identify appropriate insurance billing and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate claim records and document activities in system applications.
- Prepare written appeals and client correspondence as required.
- Ensure claim accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Meet productivity and quality targets set by management.
- Support account resolution and other assigned projects.
