Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing systems
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry, verification, and processing
- Resolve issues within defined turnaround times and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain updated knowledge of client products and service
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
- Good typing speed with accuracy (minimum 30-35 WPM)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts
- Minimum qualification: Graduates preferred
- Prior experience in a BPO or back-office environment is a plus
