Job Description :
We are hiring for an HR Onboarding Executive (Contract) :
- Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills
- HR MBA Freshers can apply
- UG / Graduates with relevant experience in onboarding/ induction
Job Details :
- Conducting Introduction for candidates who join the company,
- Taking candidates through policies walk through
- Coordination with Ops and other internal stakeholders
- Scanning of the joining forms to create digital files which will eventually be uploaded to the employee file
- Cross checking of documents
- Following up with the recruiters & documentation SPOCs to close insufficiencies
- Following up with Ops for the attendance to create the EMP IDs
