Job Description:
Associate will be responsible for ensuring completion of delivery of day-to-day transactions and activities within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function/process, (for e.g., GL Accounting, Period End Close, Reporting, etc.)
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Associate will include:
1.Performance and day-to-day delivery of R2R processes, sub-processes, activities, and transactions entries
2.Knowledge to perform and deliver one or more of the following R2R activities:
- GL Accounting
- Statistics data entry / uploads
- Prepare, Review and Process Journal Entries
- Cost Allocation
- Support Monthly and Annual Close Processes
- Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries
- Period End Close, Reporting
- Compile period-end reports (i.e. monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Complete tax workpapers and reporting
- Management and tracking of the close checklist
- Perform reconciliations, including BS reconciliations
- Reviewing transactions and adjusting entries,
- Preparing financial statements
- Participate in month-end close
- Internal Controls
- SOX Reporting
- SOX & risk compliance activities
- Prepare IFRS internal and group regulatory reporting
- Manage activities across fixed assets, inter-company, bank reconciliations
- Experience in preparation of SOPs and managing SLAs
- Provide necessary documentation and reports for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices in R2R function
Support Team Lead (as required) in areas such as:
- Operational Excellence
- Process Improvements
- Reporting
- Client Management / Escalations
Candidate must be ready to relocate to Hyderabad location, post selections candidates are from Bangalore and hyderabad can attend
