Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customer ids
Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads. ( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMs) - Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch.
- Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIs
Preferred candidate profile
Prior gold loan sales experience and direct sourcing
