Core Responsibilities

  • The responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive. Given the fast-moving nature of this work, the responsibilities may evolve and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Define a Golden Set of labels by reviewing sample data and applying predefined labels to identify missing and/or unnecessary labels on a project-by-project basis.
  • Complete assigned data labeling tasks in line with productivity and quality targets, defined per project.
  • Add clear and concise notes where none of the labels apply to the content being reviewed.
  • Review and map customer feedback during any gaps in labeling tasks.
  • Work on projects that may involve listening to or reading case summaries and making annotations on quality across text and audio formats.

Qualifications, Background & Experience Required

  • Experience as a data labeler; preferred 2 years, open to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
  • Experience in data labeling, ideally supporting similar programs in the relevant language.
  • Proficient in FLP – minimum B2 level
  • Exceptional reading, comprehension, and communication skills—both verbal and written, with the ability to concisely describe unlabeled content.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency, strong analytical thinking with an aptitude for root cause analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; a self-starter who is proactive and action-oriented.
  • High-performing individual with a dedication to excellence and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream – preferred.
  • Candidates with prior experience in customer service, data research, or data analysis roles will be an added advantage.
