Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Lead a team of people to achieve operational deliverables in terms of targets (Productivity & Quality assurance) for the assigned sub process/sub team.
- Plan the work for their respective teams, clarify process queries by contacting relevant stakeholders, design and implement training programs, and implement policies.
- Support Team Managers/Service Delivery Managers in operational tasks.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum Graduate in streams of commerce, geography, management, mathematics, science, computers or engineering.
- 5+ Years of experience in similar environments/ tech companies, including 2 years of managing teams.
- Manage teams to deliver on SLA, KPIs and KRAs.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, implement action plans and track them to closure.Manage metrics and enhance their usefulness by improving correlation with customer satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by engaging QC team and Policy Engagement functions.
- Proactively look for process/product improvement opportunities.
